Allocating tools in Season
Smart Allocation – based on keyed in amounts the system will automatically search for a match and allocate it to the relevant invoices
Auto Search – customer auto search makes getting your customers into the programme simple and easy
Multiple Options – View all outstanding customer invoices at the click of a button. Search for a total or reference number and have it match on screen
Auto Allocate – The system will run through 8 separate matching criteria to ensure nothing is missed. Once a match is found it will auto allocate the payments to the invoices without having to click a button. This can be done for a single customer or all customers with unallocated cash.
Visibility – See customers monthly balances on screen and drill down to full statements at a click.
User Friendly – In depth tool tips displayed when you hover over buttons take you through the process and teach you some tricks and tips. Also display critical information such as a head office’s branch accounts etc.
