The desk is manned Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, closed 1pm – 1:45pm for lunch.

An emergency number is provided to clients who require support outside these hours.

System Conversion
Our Support Team have extensive knowledge of migrating systems to Season and import procedures exist for most standard accounting systems.

One of the following:
• MS Windows 7 + above

• Remote Desktop Connection via Windows Terminal Services or MS Windows 7 + above.

Factory

Need the following:
• Season Office as the hub of operations.

• Microsoft compatible Touch Panel PC running MS Windows 7 or tablet.
• *New* Run Season Factory on an integrated Tablet that can be removed to walk about with. Ask for more details.
• Runs on any OS via Remote desktop.
• Remote Desktop Connection or equivalent.
• Optional Scale and Indicator.
• Optional Bar Code Scanner.

Online

Need the following:
• Season Office as the hub of operations

• Tablet or Phone running Microsoft Windows 7 or any OS (Android, IOS or Windows).
• Can sync at the start or end of the day or run live on phone network.
• Broadband Connection required for syncing.

Road

Need the following:
• Season Office as the hub of operations
.
• Runs on windows tablet devices over Wi-Fi/3G/4G.
•Optional Bluetooth printer.

CRM

Need the following:
• Season Office as the hub of operations.
